Coeliccia loogali Laidlaw, 1932
Photo taken in Nam Nao National Park, Petchabun (Thailand) on 2010-10-16

A male.
This isn't actually C. loogali, but is very similar (different markings on the thorax), but as of yet, hasn't been described. Spotted a number of males but just 1 female along the river that runs through the headquarters at Nam Nao National Park.
