Location: River Chi, Khon Kaen.
I'm pretty sure this is the female of the species as a male was attempting to mate with it. Also, it has blue hues to the top of the eyes and a yellow tint to its abdomen.

Location: River Chi, Khon Kaen, sitting amongst low-lying bushes below trees.
Sighting frequency (in KK): extremely rare, only spotted this one along with another male on the same day.
Notes: a male. Thought it was a Prodasineura autumnulis until I noticed it has striking azure blue hues
Many thanks once again to Noppadon Makbun for correcting my ID - as usual :)
Please note: If I am wrong with my identification (and I often am), please feel free to email me.

Notes: a male (in flight). When disturbed it took ages to land every time! Thought it was a Prodasineura autumnulis until I noticed it has striking azure blue hues
