Neurothemis fulvia (Drury, 1773) Photo taken in Kasi district (Lao) on 2003-12-13
I think this is fluctuans?
EG: I think N. fulvia as the clear/hyalin part at the tip of the wing is roundish, whereas it is longer in N. fluctuans.
Very common species in rice paddies (with Lemna species and algae). Male accompanies female whilst ovipositing. Duration of copula very short (<1 minute).
