different species?

It looks like Orthetrum albistylum albistylum (Selys, 1848) is a western subspecies of a transpalaearctic species Orthetrum albistylum (Selys, 1848).

Whereas Orthetrum albistylum speciosum (Uhler, 1858) is the eastern subspecies of a transpalaearctic species Orthetrum albistylum (Selys, 1848),ranging in China, Korea, Japan and the Russian Far East.
