Message-ID: <6C0CCB25CCE0464CA9D3FDBB9215D659@highridgbea5c5> Does anyone know where I can find a list of the species of Odonata on the island of Barbados? Apparently there used to be one on the website of the University of Puget Sound - www.ups.edu - but this seems to be no longer available. I've just posted 4 images that I need to get identified if possible (just waiting for the moderators to approve) but some kind of a check list would be an immense help. Try the main site: http://www.pugetsound.edu/ and type in odonata in the search page. Then select and item and you should be able to get a "dragonfly" drop down menu. Everything seems to still be at the site. best wishes Erland http://www.flickr.com/photos/23985726 at N05/ ----- Original Message ----- From: Dave Mangham To: community at asia-dragonfly.net Sent: Tuesday, October 26, 2010 1:19 PM Subject: [Community] Odonata of Barbados??? I only know that the first two are female and the last are male. Can anyone help with the identification and tell me what the key ID's for them? Dennis Paulson stepped into the fray and not only provided a 'West Indies' list (apparently there is no checklist solely for Barbados, as no surveys have been done), but also provided i.d's for all of my photographs! A big public thank you Dennis. Dave www.wildlifephotos.org.uk -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
